Started out as an maintenance engineer working on the 2/3G network for Vodafone in 2004, after my service in the Royal  Navy. Progressed on to commissioning microwave links for VF, MBNL,O2. Promoted to Field Engineering Manager at MLL Telecom, managing 40 engineers and over seeing the expansion of the operation base. With 20 years of experience in the telecom industry, I am a seasoned and skilled field services engineer and director, specializing in microwave communication infrastructure. I have worked on various projects for leading network providers, such as Vodafone, O2, MBNL, and H3G, delivering high-quality installation, commissioning, and maintenance services.
